This pattern contains video tutorials for the stockinette tab cast on and tuck stitches!

Construction This top down cowlette begins with a stockinette tab that grows into a garter stitch triangle with stockinette edge stitches. Once the triangle is large enough to be worn as a cowl, the work is then joined in the round. Then, the cowlette is finished with a ripple lace and tuck stitch motif that shows off the vibrant colors of the mini skeins.

Needles US 6 / 4 mm circular needles. I began with a 20” / 51 cm cable and switched to a 40” / 100 cm cable as the cowlette grew in size.

Gauge 15.5 sts / 32 rows = a 4x4 in / 10x10 cm swatch in garter, blocked.
